The three-point rule
Brow shape is not arbitrary: it is set by your own facial proportions through three points — the head, the high point and the tail. All three are found by drawing lines from the nostril.
This is the foundation block and it makes the largest practical difference. Most people draw brows according to fashion rather than according to their own face, and correcting that alone is already a result.
Colour and texture
The second block covers colour. The main rule — one shade lighter than dark hair, one shade darker than light hair — is simple and is broken more often than any other in makeup.
Texture gets its own treatment: pencil, powder, gel and wax produce different results and suit different kinds of brow.
Filling technique
The third block is practical: how to fill a brow so that it does not look drawn on.
- Short strokes following the natural growth direction
- Product only where hair is missing
- The head always lightest — this is the most common single error
- Setting last, or a powder product fades within two hours
Asymmetry and how to handle it
No two brows match, and trying to force them to worsens the result. The course covers what to correct and what to leave alone.
The practical rule: heads at the same height, tails on the same line, and the middle of each brow left with its own natural shape.
